Account deletion
Sanatan respects your privacy. You can delete your account and request removal of associated personal data from the mobile app or by contacting support.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Sanatan app and sign in.
- Open the menu (☰) and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You will be signed out immediately. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. During that period, support may be able to help restore access if the deletion was accidental — contact us at sanatanserviceinfo@gmail.com.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email sanatanserviceinfo@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject line Delete my Sanatan account. Include the email or phone number linked to your account. We will verify ownership before processing.
What is removed
- Account profile and sign-in access
- Birth details and personalization data stored with your account
- App history tied to your user record, subject to our retention policy
Some data may be retained for a limited time where required by law or for fraud prevention, then purged according to our Privacy Policy.
